Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Solovair footwear; if your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a refund or size exchange. Please ensure all products are in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a mailing bag or outer carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, or use the provided QR code at a designated drop-off location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
